Update V4 1 1 6072089rune: Baldurs Gate 3

A deep-rooted issue where one player would see a chest as "locked" while another saw it as "empty" (causing inventory duplication or deletion) was resolved. The patch forces a server-authoritative check on container states every 0.5 seconds rather than every 5 seconds.
