Background

: The initial session is 60 minutes and is charged at the standard rate. During the initial meeting, she explores what has brought the client to therapy and what they hope to gain from the process. She also guides the client through a therapeutic contract and an initial assessment. The assessment allows her to gain a fuller understanding of the client‘s experiences so that the sessions can be tailored to the individual‘s needs.
