There are a few ways to unblock an HDFC credit card, but it usually depends on why it was blocked in the first place—for example, whether it was by you or permanently blocked (hotlisted) by the bank due to a lost card or security concerns.

The card gets temporarily blocked for security. You can usually unblock it via NetBanking by resetting the PIN, or by calling customer care after verifying your identity.

This is the fastest method if you have activated your NetBanking account. Log in to HDFC NetBanking. Navigate to the tab. Select 'Credit Cards' .

Select "Request" followed by "Set Card Usage/Limits." Step 5: Select your card and click continue.
